    What happens if my shipment is returned to Newport?

    If a shipment is returned to Newport, a return fee will be charged to the customer. This applies in the following cases:
    • The buyer/recipient failed to collect the shipment from the delivery point;
    • The buyer/recipient could not be reached at the provided phone number for delivery notifications;
    • The buyer/recipient refused to accept the shipment; or
    • The buyer/recipient provided incorrect name, address, or contact details.
     
    The return fee depends on the country of dispatch and the fees charged by the shipping company. The applicable fees are as follows:
     
    For deliveries returned within the EU
    • Standard items: from 50 EUR
    • Bulky items (e.g. furniture, large products): from 200 EUR
     
    For deliveries returned outside the EU
    • Standard items: 75 USD
    • Bulky items (e.g. furniture, large products): from 300 USD
     

    These fees may be charged by invoice or may be deducted from the amount to be refunded after the item has arrived back at Newport.

     

    Please note: For all shipments (excluding letters), a tracking email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within one week of dispatch, please contact us to avoid automatic return of the shipment.
