How long is the delivery time?
Before placing your order
You’ll find delivery information for each product under the “Shipping & Delivery” tab on the product page. The estimated delivery time for each item is also displayed in your shopping cart.
If the item is in stock, your order is usually dispatched within 2–10 days.
After placing your order
Once your purchase is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. It includes the stock status of each item listed under its product name. If there are any delays or changes to your order, we’ll notify you by email.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. During delivery, the carrier will send updates via email, SMS, or through their app.
Please note
- If you order multiple items with different delivery times, your entire order will be shipped together once all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you prefer to receive available items sooner, please contact us to arrange split deliveries.
- For special-order items, we’ll confirm the expected delivery date via email.
- Packages are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during high-volume periods such as sales and campaigns.
